Nicole Hawkins comes to Cragg1 with over 20 years experience in sales and customer service industries.

As customer service business manager, she oversees various aspects of the insurance environment, in both individual and group settings. Her ability to provide the highest level of customer service with personalized client reports, detailed research and pricing options for our clients in niche markets, and continuously pursuing the top options for our customer is her utmost priority.

Nicole is able to walk our clients through their HSA plans and their setup, as well as Human Resources and Employee Benefits solutions. She also brings experience with Licensing and Contracting with insurance carriers, which allows Cragg1 to always be on target for the latest trends for new products and services for our clients.

Her numerous year’s experience with business and insurance software programs, including TAM, SAP, and accounting systems plus past experiences in retail, manufacturing, and the non-profit sectors provide our clients with the skills and understanding of the different needs of corporate and small company cultures.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Northern Arizona University.
