At times, we have been invited to review a group benefit package to find that the firm is just bidding. When the group is out to bid with multiple brokers, we graciously back out. Just “Bidding” in our particular industry, compromises the quality of the proposals and diminishes the integrity of the process. That is something we do not want our clients to experience.
